We are looking for an experienced nurse prescriber with expertise and enthusiasm for primary care.
You’ll work across a range of primary care work streams with other members of our multi-disciplinary team within a forward-thinking GP Practice.
Your work streams will involve processing econsults (our electronic consultation tool which involves remote communication between patients & clinicians) providing clinical care to patients face to face and helping support our long-term conditions team.
You will be not only providing clinical care to patients but also to support our nursing team and Nurse Lead in the development and oversight of the service.

The Practice is run by Suffolk GP Federation; a not-for-profit community interest that aims to support general practice across Suffolk.
