Podiatry Receptionist

We are recruiting! Suffolk Podiatry is looking for a receptionist to support the running and administration of the service across Ipswich.

What’s the role?

  • You will have day-to-day responsibility for the reception area whether this is telephone, email or face to face
  • You’ll work at a variety of locations and will be the first point of contact for patients.
  • You’ll use our clinical system as part of your role, and will support with clinic rotas.

The Suffolk Podiatry Service is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.

We will make sure you are fully inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It’s important to us that you feel safe and supported in your role

  • You will be suited to this role if you are organised, have good communication skills and want to be part of a team
  • You will need good organisational and communication skills
  • You will need to be able to work across a range of locations

Contract type:

This is a part time permanent role working 3 shifts per week as per the following pattern:

  • Wednesday 08:30 - 16:30
  • Thursday 08:30 - 16:30
  • Friday 08:30 - 16:30

Please note, the salary listed is the full time equivalent.
