Are you looking for a new role?
We are looking to expand our team of Administrators within our GP+ Service.
GP+ provides extra doctors’ appointments in the evenings, at weekends and Bank Holidays for patients across Suffolk.
What’s the role?
- Our Administrators support the clinicians who are working on that shift with all aspects of administration.
- This includes ensuring our appointments are carefully managed, wait times are kept to a minimum and patients are booked in with the most appropriate clinician.
- You’ll create referrals and make sure that consultations are (where relevant) communicated back to the patient’s day-time practice.
The GP+ Service is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.
Is it for me?
We will make sure you are fully inducted and trained. It’s important to us that you feel safe and supported in your role.
- You’d be suited to this role if you have high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service and have good problem-solving skills
- You’ll need good communication skills and a caring and empathetic nature
- It’s important that you can work well as part of a team as well as independently and have the ability to remain calm under pressure
Contract type

- Week days: 18:00 – 21:15
