We are recruiting! Suffolk Podiatry is looking for a receptionist to support the running and administration of the service across Ipswich on a bank basis.
What’s the role?
- You will have day-to-day responsibility for the reception area whether this is telephone, email or face to face
- You’ll work at a variety of locations and will be the first point of contact for patients.
- You’ll use our clinical system as part of your role, and will support with clinic rotas.
The Suffolk Podiatry Service is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.
Is it for me?
We will make sure you are fully inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It’s important to us that you feel safe and supported in your role
- You will be suited to this role if you are organised, have good communication skills and want to be part of a team
- You will need good organisational and communication skills
- You will need to be able to work across a range of locations
- you will be flexible and be able to pick up shifts on an ad hoc basis and at short notice
