What is the role?

- You will be responsible for ensuring the car is ready for your shift, loading essential supplies, conducting internal and external checks for damage and cleanliness.
- You will work on reception at our bases, using the system to ‘arrive’ patients, print letters, record patient interactions and other admin tasks and stock control.
- Supporting patients / carers and clinical staff when needed such as acting as chaperone or assisting when needed with home visits.
- Working to a range of protocols and procedures and completing mandatory training designed to support you in your role and adhere to health, safety and governance requirements

We also deliver other NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including Podiatry, Ultrasound and ADHD.
