Brief Description

Member Services Programme Manager

We are looking for a Member Services Programme Manager to lead the delivery of digital and transformation programmes that directly support our member practices, PCNs and partners across Suffolk.

What is the role?

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-strand transformation and digital programmes supporting Member Services, Unity Healthcare and PCNs/Practices
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, quality standards and budgets
  • Translate organisational, system and national priorities into practical, scalable programme plans
  • Build strong relationships with Federation teams, practices, PCNs and system partners, acting as a trusted adviser on digital and transformation delivery
  • Provide programme assurance, including reporting, risk management and governance across a diverse and evolving portfolio

You’ll join our Member Services Team, working closely with senior leaders across the Federation and wider system. We are a not-for-profit, community interest company and our main purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk, including support with working collaboratively and at scale. A key way we do this is by delivering a portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk including Podiatry and Ultrasound, as well as Urgent Care Services including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.

You are most suited to the role if:

  • You are an experienced programme or project leader, ideally within healthcare or the public sector
  • You are confident managing complex programmes and multiple stakeholders across organisational boundaries
  • You can translate strategy into delivery, turning priorities into clear, actionable plans
  • You are highly organised, with strong governance, risk management and reporting skills
  • You are a collaborative leader who can build relationships, influence others and support teams to deliver

Contract type:

Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday – Friday)
Primary location: Walton, Suffolk (with system-wide working)
Salary: £57,528 - £60,417
