We are looking to expand our team of Administrators within our GP+ community service at our Riverside office space in Ipswich. The Hours worked will vary across Monday - Saturday between the hours of 08:00-18:00.
What’s the role?
- The GP+ Community administrator will support the operations run within this service.
- You will be responsible for resolving issues raised via our staff debrief for various services and/or escalate accordingly.
- Ensuring clinic lists are ready and all appointments are in the appropriate place and resolving where this may not be the case.
- Responsible for ensuring there is sufficient office cover for our patient and staff phonelines.
The GP+ Service is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.

- You’d be suited to this role if you have high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service and have good problem-solving skills
- You’ll need good communication skills and a caring and empathetic nature
- It’s important that you can work well as part of a team as well as independently and have the ability to remain calm under pressure
Contract type
You will be fulfilling fulltime hour of 37.5 hours a week and this will be between Mon-Sat 08:00-18:00 dependant on cover needed within the office.
