Brief Description

We have opportunities for Clinical Practitioners to join our bank workforce, working across our Urgent Care Service

What is the role?

  • You’ll work across various locations in Suffolk
  • You’ll work to deliver a patient centred approach to treatment, always maintaining a professional manner.
  • You’ll be an experienced prescribing Nurse’s or Paramedic’s

What are we looking for?

We will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It is important to us that you feel safe and supported in the role.

  • This role will require you to have worked in primary or emergency care as a Nurse Practitioner or Paramedic.
  • You are also required to have up to date knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
  • You will need to possess a non-medical prescribing qualification in order to apply for this position.
  • You will need to be able to see all undifferentiated presentations including paediatrics and gynaecology presentations.

Contract type: We have the opportunity to work with us on a bank PAYE contract

Pay rates:

  • Daytime and evening shifts: £43.82 per hour – Nurse Practitioner & £33.63 for a Prescribing Paramedic
  • Overnight shifts: £54.77 per hour – Nurse Practitioner & £42.04 for a Prescribing Paramedic
  • Enhanced Bank holiday pay
